Per Andy Harrison – Raffle tickets for a quilt offset cake sales to provide to provide lunch for workers.

New Business

No reports from Historical, Health, Webpage, and Publicity.

Discussed how to recruit new Members.

Hostess Homemakers and their husbands will have a dinner at Kevins Home, Wye Branch Manor.

Mary Leaverton has not yet cashed checks for pewter cups.

Fair entry instruction and correction given to committee members by Mary Ellen Leaverton.

Discussed having Fair category…”Get with the Program with Electronics.”

In January Meeting, make a list on the webpage for the services we performed. Check and see if dues are paid.

Ethel Boyle made a motion for Dottie Grier be reimbursed for lunch today. Elaine Dow seconded. Motion Passed.

Waving November Luncheon until Spring.

2021 Booklets: Need to order extra. Passed 2020 due to pandemic.

Elaine Dow made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Roxanne seconded. Motion passed.
