The meeting was called to order at 10:10 a.m.

The minutes were approved.

Elaine Dow reported that the web site is up and running. The pillow making at the fair was well done.

Mary Ellen Leaverton reported that there will be $50 in the pewter cups in 2024 Fair.

Our speaker was Cheryl Bush of the Maryland Extension Office. She spoke of preserving foods and herbs. She told us to use clean equipment, cook evenly, use quality ingredients, wash properly, process according to cooking times and store properly.
She gave each of us a packet with much information.

Grace was offered by Rev. Sharon Lunn. After Grace we had a filling lunch.

New Business:

Dues are due in December. The price is $2.00 per person.

The Spring Luncheon will be on April 2nd at St. Paul’s in Centreville.

Phyllis Boone advised all to have a list of medications at home and in your vehicles. Make sure you have a notorized advance director.

Door prize and auction items were given away.

We adjourned at 1:00 p.m.
