The council Meeting was called to order by President Arlene Warner at 9:30 a.m.
Roll was taken with the following results:

There was no Treasurer’s Report because the books are being audited.
It was decided to give a certificate of service along with a gift to retiring Treasurer Annabelle Taylor.
At the Fall Luncheon, we are to give a list of things we do for anyone.
The Fall Luncheon will be held on November 12 at Wye Branch Manor and hosted by Templeville. Each club is to bring 5 items for the Ticket Auction.
At the Fair, only baked goods were raffled. Over 100 pillows were made.
