The September 22, 2023 meeting of the Queen anne’s County Homemakers Council was called to order by President Arlene Warner at 9:56 a.m.

The minutes were approved.
The Treasurer’s Report showed a balance of ($Total on file) in the checking account.
Fair Report
Mary Jackson won the Stitch in Time award. A total 75 sewed pillows. Pewter cups will be used at the 2024 Fair. There will be $50 in the cups for breads, cookies, and sewing.
Health
You should have a list of medications, health history, and other health needs in your car. You may be able to get a file of Life from your Fire Co.
Fall Luncheon
The luncheon will be held in a new place. There will be 2 speakers and gift bags for them. The new place will be Camp Wright near the Bay Bridge.
A motion to adjourn was offered by Phyllis Boone and seconded by Mary Ellen Leaverton. Motion Passed. The meeting was adjourned.
